Not a diagnostic tool
RadEnhance is an image enhancement tool intended to improve the visual clarity of intraoral periapical (IOPA) X-ray images. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide diagnosis, clinical interpretation, or treatment recommendations of any kind. Processed images are intended to assist, not replace, review by a qualified dental or medical professional.
No warranty
Processed images are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular clinical or diagnostic purpose.
Professional judgment required
All clinical decisions must be made by a licensed dental or medical professional based on their own independent assessment, including review of the original, unprocessed image where appropriate. RadEnhance's output should never be the sole basis for a diagnosis or treatment decision.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from reliance on images processed through this application.
Downloaded files
Each download is a single image showing the original and the processed image
side by side, with a line of this disclaimer printed beneath them (never
over the X-ray itself), so the notice travels with the image wherever it is
saved or shared. If you need the two images as separate, unmodified files,
use "Separate files (ZIP)" in My Images; that download includes a
DISCLAIMER.txt. Please keep the original alongside the
processed image.
Image storage is temporary
Stored images are kept only for the period of your storage tier (from until download on the Free tier, up to one year on the highest tier) and are then permanently deleted. RadEnhance is not a clinical records system — keep your own copies as required by your professional record-keeping obligations. See the storage tiers.
Retention of flagged images
If you indicate that a processed image showed artifacts that could lead to misdiagnosis, a side-by-side copy of the original and processed image is retained indefinitely for internal quality assurance and regulatory review, separate from your storage tier. See our Privacy Policy for details.
