Digital service — nothing is shipped

RadEnhance is an online service. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

When you receive what you pay for

• Plans: activated immediately after a successful payment. Your credits appear in the credits box, and the plan in Account → Billing history, where your invoice can be downloaded.
• Processed images: ready in the app within moments of uploading, and downloaded directly from the app (they are not emailed). Stored images remain available in My Images for the period of your storage tier (see Plans).

If something doesn't arrive

If your payment succeeded but your plan hasn't appeared within a few minutes, sign out and back in first. If it still hasn't appeared, contact us at dzealai@gmail.com with the payment date and amount — we'll activate it, or refund you as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
